Andy Albrecht, PCI’s President & CEO, is a Central Washington University graduate, holding a degree in Bachelor of Science, Business Administration & Finance. Mr. Albrecht offers over 30 years of hands-on construction experience gained by starting in the crafts and quickly moving up through a well-known, highly successful, regional construction organization to senior executive positions, ultimately holding the position of President of RCI Construction Group (later Parsons/RCI) managing annual construction revenues in excess of $400 million.
Mr. Albrecht has experience in all aspects of operating a construction firm ranging from business development, project selection, and estimating to contract negotiations, project execution, and financial reporting. His experience in management with both a regional, family-owned atmosphere (RCI) and, after the acquisition by a large E&C company (Parsons), as a senior executive of a company with annual revenues in excess of $3 billion, provides him with an expansive knowledge base.
PCI has hand-selected its key personnel for the Columbia Pulp project from a pool of individuals with proven track records for success, many with whom Mr. Albrecht has worked over the years. The Team assembled for this project brings experience, resourcefulness and knowledge which will result in a successful project completion.
